III. Broken arc

Solution: do a good job before the arc from the check; furnace stable after fishing carbon rods; pay attention to feeding speed; string furnace when the active electrode; re-arc.
IV.  “Pull the lining”
Features: melt and lining reaction, molten liquid over the material layer, in serious cases, feeding difficult to suppress, or even leakage furnace accident.
Cause: improper operation, feeding uneven or discomfort, electrode outer layer is too thin, the electrode is too close to the furnace wall, the voltage is too low and so on.
Solution: add white fused alumina in the electrode outside the lack of material, particle size 20-40mm; adjust the voltage or electrode distance; reduce the current, reduce the input power, increase the cooling water.
